With Ellerslie setting up the field assignments for our games, We don't know what games will be played on which fields. So here is how things will work until we go to single game nights. Once single game nights arrive a volunteer schedule will be setup.
Check the board beside the clubhouse door to see which field your team plays on. Your team will supply volunteers for the game prior to, or following on that same field. If you play at 6:30, then you need volunteers for 8:00 or if play at 8:00 you need volunteers for 6:30. The volunteer(s) should notify the head referee of their name & which team they play for so it can be noted on the scorecard.

If you are the home team for your game that night, your team must supply 2
volunteers for the game before or after you play. One of these supplied people
will be responsible to tracking the game stats on a league supplied sheet.
2. If you are the visiting team for your game that night,
your team must supply 1 volunteer for the game before or after you play.
